Jesus Christ Superstar on Broadway
Last month, the Stratford Shakespeare Festival production of Jesus Christ Superstar opened on Broadway at The Neil Simon Theatre. Directed by Des Mc Anuff, and starring Paul Nolan as Jesus, Josh Young as Juda Iscariot and Chilina Kennedy as Mary Magdalene, the production was described in Ontario by composer Andrew Lloyd Webber as, “very probably the best acted performance of the show I have ever seen…”
